Shipping: Customers of Luggage Store can order products online. Depending on the location and the item being transported, shipping prices and delivery timeframes may vary. Any shipping delays, lost items, or packages that are damaged or lost are not Luggage Store’s responsibility.

 

Warranty: A one-year warranty is offered for most products at Luggage Store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

 

Limitation of Liability: Luggage Store cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of its products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Intellectual Property: All content on Luggage Store’s website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luggage Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without the express written consent of Luggage Store.

 

Returns & Refunds: Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, store credit, or the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Luggage Store will replace it free of charge. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Changes in Leather Color: Minor color variations are possible due to the natural properties of leather. Additionally, variations may occur due to differences in screen display and lighting conditions.
